- Meet & greet before & after the luncheon
- 30 second Introductions - new members and guests only
- Avoid talking/whispering during the speaker presentation, remind others as needed
- Only members may put material on networking table
- Only speakers may put materials on luncheon tables
- Announcements via email are for members only
