WIB Networking Speakers

WIB Networking's mission is to connect like-minded women in business to personal and professional resources. WIB Networking maintains its quality speakers by using the following speaker selection process:

Speaker Selection Process

1. Speaker name is submitted to the Board for review and approval
   
   • The WIB Networking luncheons are primarily for quality and practical advice for business owners, and is not just a sales opportunity for the speaker.
   • The speaker must be a WIB Networking member or recommended by a member who has observed the speaker
   • The speech content must be relevant and appropriate for WIB Networking's audience
   • The speaker must have some history of speaking for organizations/companies
   • WIB Networking is a non-profit organization and the speaker must be willing to speak at no-charge
2. The WIB Networking's President will follow up with the selected speaker and schedule an appropriate month based on WIB Networking's topic schedule (inspirational business success, practical how-to's in sales, marketing, finance, customer service, etc.)

Speaker Responsibilities

• Presentation Title
• 200-300 word presentation
• Brief biography (1-2 paragraphs)
• Presentation format (please advise)
  - Lecture/Discussion
  - Small-group Exercise/Discussion
  - Other (please describe)
• Link to the speaker's website (if available)
• Special needs (please advise if any of the following are needed)
  - Podium
  - Vegetarian Meal
  - Table for marketing materials and items for sale

Speakers - leverage your contacts! If you are acquainted with anyone who may be new in business, considering a business, or in a key business development position, WIB Networking encourages you to send them an eNewsletter or other notification to your contacts to let them know that you will be speaking at WIB Networking's luncheon. Include a link to WIB Networking's website so that your contacts can sign up to come hear you speak.
